MIS – Information & Communication Manager

As part of the extended Senior Leadership Team at Eastern High School, you will lead the development and management of systems and procedures which ensure the following areas are working effectively across the school:  Assessment systems; reporting systems; ICT infrastructure in liaison with our IT provider; internal and external communications; GDPR; exams; attendance reporting; SIMS; admissions and timetabling.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Experience of School MIS Systems and business processes setting and of line management
  • Experience in strategic conversations with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess robust project management skills
  • Understand the importance of safeguarding / cyber security and the integral role of IT within schools
  • Provide pragmatic and adaptable solutions

Job Type: Full-time – 52 weeks /37 hours a week

Pay: £39,513 - £43,693 per year
